Welcome to "The Gardener’s Retreat""– set in a relaxed countryside setting with four distinct seasons. Our modern B & B is a newly renovated Studio style apartment surrounded by garden walks and features; with the beautiful Reddestone Valley as the backdrop.

Your hosts Elaine & Neil Davis invite you to come and enjoy the experience of a mountain climate, where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the ambience of this tranquil B & B retreat. Located on our cattle property Glen Innes, NSW, in the heart of the New England District known as Celtic Country. This destination is traditionally a half way stop on the New England Highway between Brisbane and Sydney.

You have chosen a country destination to just relax and revitalise, so enjoy our 2 acres of gardens, Protea and Herbaceous Paeonia farm as well as our extensive Nursery. Take a stroll through the different garden rooms, learn how to propagate plants or design your own metal garden structures. Admire the graceful gums and birdlife in our surrounding paddocks. Our B & B is a great location to indulge in your creative pursuits – painting or photography. Take time to catch your breath, relax and enjoy nature.

The Gardener’s Retreat and surrounding district enjoys relaxed sunny days in summer, vibrant colours in autumn, crisp winters which explode into buds, blossoms and fantastic spring colours. The town is surrounded by the Great Dividing Range 1080m, which is enhanced with super fine wool sheep production, cattle breeding and fattening, vineyards, olive orchards, apiarists, sapphire fossicking, fishing along with breath taking National Parks.
